On the Glowy Box: New! 30! Rock!

NEW 30 ROCK!!! (Can you tell I'm excited?) Bad news: It's the last new 30 Rock until AMPTP comes to its senses. To get you warmed up for tonight, here's an interview with Tracy Morgan.

Tonight:
Ugly Betty: Amanda visits a psychic for insights into her father's identity; Betty pushes Daniel to use real models during fashion week; Wilhelmina gets some unexpected news. 8 PM, ABC.

30 Rock: Jack meets with German TV executives to close a deal on a cable network; Liz must appear before the co-op board before she can purchase an apartment she wants; Kenneth tries coffee for the first time when Tracy buys a cappuccino machine. 8:30 PM, NBC.

Grey's Anatomy: Bailey's family faces a medical trauma just as her marriage falls apart; George's mother makes a surprise visit; a faith healer challenges Erica and Alex's belief in traditional medicine; Derek must deal with the aftermath of his kiss with Rose. 9 PM, ABC.

Leonard Cohen: I'm Your Man: Performances by U2, Rufus Wainright, Nick Cave and others highlight a tribute to the career of the prolific Canadian songwriter. (Yeah, I know it's two years old, but Leonard Cohen is amazing, and Nick Cave singing Leonard Cohen is so awesome it blows my mind.) 9 PM, Sundance.

Make Me a Supermodel: The supermodels move into their New York apartment and check out their competition. 10 PM, Bravo.

I'm feeling pretty good about tonight, you guys. Savor these new episodes while they last...

Liz,

I am almost tempted to DVR this 30 Rock and save it until I am feeling especially desperate. (We know that isn't going to happen). So long 30 Rock, Chuck, et al. Hello Lost and Psych, please try to help us weather these dark days.

No lie--I've actually got the last couple eps of Ugly Betty (and will be saving tonight's) on my DVR to save for a desperate moment. Which may or may not be this weekend.
